BAY was a scheme of six luxury apartments on Hythe beach by TG Designer Homes.
Rocket Base created the luxury hardback brochure with die-cut slip cover and lay-flat pages, all focused around a patchwork panorama of the surrounding beach created from a series of photos and the schemes CG illustration.
InTheSnow Magazine is the UK's only free Winter Sports News Magazine. Its monthly circulation is 40,000–50,000.
Rocket Base have been the sole designers of InTheSnow Magazine since its inception in 2008. We are responsible for brand-design, page design, general page layout and planning out the issue based on editorial and advertising requirements.
Each of the six issues we design each winter features a mix of news, features, gear, and competitions. It is edited by world renown ski journalist Patrick Thorne and is distributed in 700 locations across 10 countries.
Sails is a landmark building from award-winning property developers Environ, the design of which is inspired by the historic ocean going sailing clippers. Sails sits in the very heart of Dartmouth, on the waterfront, overlooking the harbour towards Kingswear.
Rocket Base were tasked with creating the brand for these stunning contemporary apartments, along with promotional brochure (shown here), microsite and other marketing materials.
